We are searching for Vice President candidates
experienced in M&A and/or financial restructuring.
 
Primary responsibilities:
Execution of M&A and financial restructuring projects including negotiations
Presentations to clients, boards and committees
Development and management of client relationships
Training and development of staff

 
Prerequisites:
Commitment to excellence
Successful work experience (at least five years) in M&A or financial restructuring at leading institutions
Degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, mathematics or sciences
Outstanding record of academic achievement
Fluent German and English
