We are searching for Internship candidates
interested in M&A and financial restructuring.
 
Primary responsibilities:
Support in acquisitions, divestitures or restructurings
Financial and business analysis
Assistance in preparation of presentations for clients, boards, and committees

 
Prerequisites:
Commitment to excellence
Successful internship(s) in M&A or financial restructuring at leading institutions
Degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, mathematics or sciences in progress (at least four semesters)
Outstanding record of academic achievement
Fluent German and English
