We are searching for Associate candidates
experienced in M&A and/or financial restructuring.
 
Primary responsibilities:
Process management and support in M&A and financial restructuring
Financial and business analysis
Presentations for clients, boards and committees
Support in negotiations
Training and development of Analysts
Building client relationships

 
Prerequisites:
Commitment to excellence
Successful work experience (at least two years) in M&A or financial restructuring at leading institutions
Degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, mathematics or sciences
Outstanding record of academic achievement
Fluent German and English
